We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it to us through one of the following channels:

• Enquiry forms — name, phone number, city, preferred villa configuration (2BHK / 3BHK), message, and how you heard about us.
• Brochure download — name and phone number, used to send the brochure and follow up with relevant information.
• Contact page — name, phone number, city, and any message you write.
• Instagram DMs and comments — your Instagram username and any message you send us via our Instagram business account, including messages originating from our ads.
• WhatsApp — messages you send to our business WhatsApp number. We do not store WhatsApp messages on our servers; they remain within WhatsApp.

We also automatically collect limited technical data:

• A hashed IP address (not the raw IP) attached to each enquiry form submission for rate-limiting and fraud prevention.
• Browser and usage data via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (see Section 6).

We use the data you provide for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiry and provide you with information about Tranquil Meadows villas.
• To arrange and confirm site visits.
• To send you the brochure you requested.
• To follow up on your interest via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• To improve our sales process and understand which marketing channels are most effective.
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We do not use your data for automated profiling or any decision-making that produces legal effects.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Your data may be accessed by the following parties only to the extent necessary to operate our services:

• Our internal sales team — names, phone numbers, and enquiry details are visible in our private admin dashboard to authorised team members only.
• Google (Firebase) — our database and authentication infrastructure. Your enquiry data is stored in Firebase Firestore in a secured, access-controlled project.
• Resend — used to send email notifications of new enquiries to our team. We do not send marketing emails to enquirers via Resend.
• Meta (Instagram / Facebook) — see Section 5.

We operate an Instagram business account (@yuthaconstructions) and a WhatsApp business number. If you contact us through either channel:

• Instagram DMs: When you send a direct message to our Instagram business account — including messages triggered by clicking a "Send Message" button on our ads — your Instagram username and message content are received via the Meta Messenger Platform API and stored in our private admin database (Firebase Firestore). This allows our team to reply from our internal CRM panel. Messages are stored for sales follow-up and are never shared or sold.
• Instagram comments: If you comment on our posts or ads, the comment text, your Instagram username, and the post ID are stored in our admin system so we can reply promptly.
• WhatsApp: Messages you send to our WhatsApp number are managed directly within WhatsApp Business. We do not store WhatsApp messages on our own servers. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Our use of the Meta Messenger Platform is governed by Meta's Platform Terms: developers.facebook.com/terms.

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:

• Strictly necessary: Session cookies for the admin panel (authentication). These are never stored for regular visitors.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 uses first-party cookies to measure aggregate traffic and behaviour. IP addresses are anonymised.
• Advertising: The Meta Pixel sets a cookie to track conversions from our Facebook and Instagram ads. You can opt out of Meta ad tracking in your Facebook settings under "Ad Preferences".

Most browsers allow you to control or disable cookies in their settings. Disabling analytics and advertising cookies will not affect your ability to view the site or submit an enquiry.

We retain your enquiry and contact data for as long as is reasonably necessary to complete the sales process and for up to 3 years thereafter, or until you request deletion (see Section 9). Instagram DM and comment data is retained for the same period to maintain a complete communication record.

Analytics data collected by Google Analytics and Meta Pixel is governed by those services' own retention policies.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data from our systems (subject to any legal obligations to retain it).
• Withdraw consent — if you no longer wish to be contacted about our properties, let us know and we will remove you from our active leads list.

Our website and services are directed at adults interested in purchasing residential property. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Continued use of our website or submission of an enquiry after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
